Unveiling the Moving Motivators from Management 3.0: Why are they essential in my classes?
Hello there!
I want to share something that has revolutionized how I teach and interact with my students: Management 3.0's Moving Motivators.
For IT professionals worldwide who face challenges communicating in English in a global work environment, understanding how to strengthen their technical skills and how to become the professional every company wants to hire and keep is crucial.
And this is where Moving Motivators come in.
What are Moving Motivators?
Moving Motivators is an incredible tool created under Management 3.0, aimed at deeply understanding individual motivations. It consists of 10 cards, each representing an intrinsic motivator, such as the need for acceptance, curiosity, freedom, purpose, and honor, among others.
In my experience as an educator, I use this tool to delve into the individual needs of my students, understanding not only how they learn best, but also what they are looking for in their careers and lives. This allows for a personalized approach that goes beyond teaching English, touching on the essence of professional and personal development.
Why do I use Moving Motivators in my classes?
In-depth understanding of individual needs: Each person is unique, and understanding their true motivations allows me to create a more engaging and effective learning environment.
Clarity of goals and aspirations: By discussing their motivators, my students gain insights into what they truly value in their careers and lives, helping them chart a path more aligned with their desires.
Improved communication: With students facing challenges communicating in English, approaching classes with an understanding of their intrinsic motivations facilitates the learning process, making it more natural and less intimidating.
Impact on careers and lives
The results speak for themselves. By integrating Moving Motivators into my classes, I have seen a remarkable transformation. My students not only improve their English but also develop greater self-awareness and direction in their careers. They become more confident, engaged, and, ultimately, the professionals every company wants to hire and keep.
For me, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing this evolution. It's confirmation that by understanding and meeting individual needs, we can unlock incredible potential.
And that's why I use these techniques in the methodology I developed - Agile English 3.0. If you want to be the professional that every company wants to hire and keep, come study with me. Find out more here.
